Mary Jo Oxrieder is the twelve-year owner of her own coaching and consulting company, breakthru. As an international coach, business consultant, and trainer, she has worked in the field of personal and community development for more than 25 years, coaching individuals and leading groups through workshops, retreats, trainings or one on one sessions. She has extensive experience and education in communication, organization, leadership, management, coaching, group processes and planning. In the last eleven years working with attorneys, she has developed an effective model of client/witness preparation that supports people in approaching litigation with power and confidence in themselves and their attorneys.
