This private Couple's Communication Retreat will train the two of you in the practical use of extraordinary tools for letting go of past hurts and pain, allowing forgiveness to arise; making clear requests that eliminate guesswork; uncovering the mystery and treasure that is your Partner; building trust and unconditional love. (Note: this is NOT marriage counseling.)
Complaints – we all have ‘em, whether they’re spoken out loud or kept in our head. Sometimes we feel down right whiny! Couldn’t we be more positive? But what if our complaints are cries for attention from a much deeper part of ourselves? What if our complaints are signals from our deepest selves? Uncover the buried commitments, dreams and personal needs that you may be neglecting. Examine the habits that are ingrained ways of thinking and keep your complaints in place and your dreams unrealized. Leave the class with concrete ideas for what you want in your life!
Business owners, managers and service providers: You already know that no matter how much you spend on advertising, word of mouth is still your greatest (and cheapest) form of advertising. We’ll examine the following questions: What is extraordinary customer service? How do you/your employees talk and act in front of your customers? Who are your customers?
